Successful Fun Run Raises Money for MLEF

The MLEF would like to thank the parents, students, sponsors, and community for making the MLEF’s first annual Fun Run a huge success!

The funds raised through this event are used to support the MLEF, which in turn supports the schools through teacher grants, technology initiatives, STEM programs, the theater program, camps, and the butterfly release. This year, MLEF – through the generosity of so many giving corporate and individual sponsors and donations – was able to raise a record $28K net for the schools. Overall, this event exceeded the MLEF’s fundraising goal of $20K by over $8K.
