MEDFORD LAKES COLONY CAMP

During the month of July, Medford Lakes Colony offers a day camp for Medford Lakes children ranging from pre-school through 8th grade. Children enjoy activities including arts and crafts, swimming, canoeing, field games, and music that they bike to throughout the town depending upon their age. All children must have a parent or grandparent with a current membership to attend.

Colony Camp Dates 2024
ML Colony Camp will be held from
Mon., July 1 - Fri., July 26
(NO Camp on July 4th)
for children entering grades 1-9
8:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday – Friday
** Grades 1-4: Lower Camp: Day begins behind Nokomis School
** Grades 5-8: Upper Camp: Day begins at Brooks Field
** Grade 9/10: Day begins with assigned group
"Extended Hours" Program will be held from
Mon., July 1 – Thurs., July 25
(NO EH Camp on July 4th)
for children entering grades 1-5
1:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
If Camp is canceled for the day, EH will run from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
If Camp has an early dismissal, EH will run from Camp’s dismissal to 6:00 pm
“Extended Hours” for August will be held from
Mon., July 29 – Fri., August 23
for children entering grades 1-5
8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Parents will be able to pick and choose which week(s) they would
like their child(ren) to attend – 4 weeks (or sessions) in total
If Lower and Upper Camp are canceled or dismissed early due to inclement weather, "Extended Hours" will resume for the remainder of the day until 6:00 pm. For days Lower and Upper Camp are canceled, "Extended Hours" runs for a full day from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. Please be advised, for these days, a packed lunch with a drink - preferably one without any peanut / tree-nut products - and additional snacks must be brought with your child(ren). Light snacks will be provided.
Preschool Camp will be held from
Mon., July 8 - Fri., July 19
for potty-trained children ages 3, 4, and 5
9:00 am – 11:30 am, Monday – Friday
at Nokomis School (NEW for 2024)
Five-Year-Old Swim will be held from
Mon., July 1 - Fri., July 26
(NO FYO Swim on July 4th)
for children entering Kindergarten in September 2024
Sessions will be held at 1:45 pm, 2:15 pm,
or 2:45 pm, Monday – Friday, at Beach #3

Notice
NJ State Code requires Youth Camps, like the MLC Summer Camp, to have every registered camper’s immunization record on file.
The NJ Health Department also allows us to accept valid medical and religious exemptions.
At your earliest convenience, if you have not done so already, please drop off, fax, email, or mail a current copy of your camper’s immunization records to the Colony Office – thank you for helping us be compliant!
