Colony Dues

Fees are $625.00 for regular members and $525.00 for members who are over the age of 65.

If you choose to pay online using the form below, a 3.3% + 30 cents processing fee will be included.

Colony dues are for current members only. Anyone who is not a current member will have your payment returned with a $25.00 processing fee.

Please keep in mind the following:

• Members are required to pay their year 2024 annual fee by January 31, 2024, per the Bylaws.

   

• If fees are not paid by January 31st, members will lose all privileges of membership until all fees for 2024 have been paid in full.

   

• Interest at a rate of 1% per month, retroactive to April 1, 2024, will be charged on amounts unpaid as of April 1, 2024.

   

• If membership fees remain unpaid at the end of 2024, membership will be considered delinquent. The Board of Directors may, by its vote, discontinue delinquents as members of the Medford Lakes Colony. Delinquents will lose their Membership Certificate. If they wish to again become members, they must pay the initiation fee, annual fees, and purchase a Membership Certificate for $5,000.00.

   

• If a member is unable to meet his/her dues obligation because of financial circumstances, he/she can make an application for relief to the Colony Membership Committee.
