The 3-year Ballinger Lake dam repairs have finally been completed!
This extensive three-year project was managed by Past President Jim Palmer, with assistance from President John Tursi, myself and VP Property Marcus Gaysek. The project was funded by the Colony’s Lakes Restoration Fund (ie, your annual Colony dues).
“Thank you” to Jim for all his hard work, to our contractors, and to the residents along Ballinger Lake for their patience and understanding during the extended lake-lowering period. The Lions Christmas Tree will be back ON the lake next year!
